A federal judge presides over the ceremony as the new citizen(s) takes an Oath of Allegiance, which swears them into our nation's constitutional rights and responsibilities. Naturalization Oath Events within Chester County are organized by the Naturalization Committee of the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) and executed along with the USCIS and several departments of the County of Chester.
*Due to COVID-19, Chester County Naturalization Oath Events are NOT open to the public until further notice. Other temporary structural and logistical changes have been made to the event(s) to observe social distancing, assure safety and sanitation, and minimize stakeholders.
