You will be advised in writing of the date and time of your hearing by mail. Notices are mailed at least 20 days prior to the hearing date.

If you are aware of any potential dates for which you will be unavailable (vacation, medical appointments, etc.), please advise of these dates in writing when filing your completed "Notice of Intention of Appeal" with this office.
