On July 24 2013, at the Lower Oxford Township building, elected officials from 5 of the 6 Oxford Region communities adopted an Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement. These communities included: Elk, Lower Oxford, Upper Oxford, and West Nottingham Townships and the Borough of Oxford (East Nottingham adopted the agreement a few years later). The adoption of this "Agreement" is a follow-up to the adoption of the Oxford Region Multimunicipal Comprehensive Plan almost exactly one year ago on July 23, 2012 and is an important implementation tool for the polices of the Plan and establishes the Oxford Region Planning Committee (ORPC) as an advisory group to the Oxford Region. In an effort to record the activities of the ORPC and provide updates to those interested parties unable to attend meetings, reports for all 2021 meetings are available.
