Recently, West Vincent Township and West Vincent Township Police Department recognized all the agencies that supported the Country Spirit USA Concert that was held in August. Several officials spoke on behalf of the local agencies and echoed that 'without all the help of all the divisions at DES, it wouldn't have been as successful as it was.' Acting Director, John Haynes stated, "I'm very proud of the work we do for the First Responders and Citizens of Chester County."
