The Chester County Prison is a secure facility and aside from professional visits or prearranged inmate visits, the general public is not able to come into the Prison. Additionally, the meeting space at the Prison limits the number of persons able to attend the meeting. Therefore, public in-person attendance at this meeting is not possible.
