The Chester County Health Department offers confidential testing on Thursdays 9:00AM-3:00PM for HIV and STD’s at no charge to you. Testing is offered for the following diseases:

Are you HIV negative but at risk for HIV?


If you are HIV negative but at risk for HIV, consider PrEP, or pre-exposure prophylaxis. PrEP is daily medicine that can reduce your chances of becoming affected by HIV. PrEP is approved by the Federal and Drug Administration (FDA) and has been shown to be safe and effective at preventing HIV infection.
