Would you like to make a difference in the lives of frail, vulnerable residents living in nursing homes, personal-care homes and assisted-living residences in your community? The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program in Chester County is seeking caring individuals who have empathy and are good listeners.

Responsibilities include visiting residents on a regular basis to make consumers aware of their rights and to assist consumers in resolving their concerns. The program offers training and flexibility.

Join other Ombudsmen who help to ensure the quality of life and care of Chester County long-term care residents.
