When you click "book an appointment", you can select a location and date/time of appointment for any available vaccine clinics for both your first and second dose appointments. You will immediately receive an email confirmation for EACH appointment. You will also receive an email reminder 24 hour before each appointment.
How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Reschedule to the same clinic location
To reschedule your appointment to a new date and/or time to the SAME LOCATION, click "manage appointment". Scroll down to the bottom of thescreen and select "Reschedule Appointment".
Reschedule to a NEW clinic location
To reschedule your appointment to a DIFFERENT LOCATION, click "manage appointment". Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select "Reschedule to a different Clinic Location".
To cancel your appointment(s), click "manage appointment". Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select "Cancel appointments". You can come back at a later time to reschedule by select "book appointment".
Rescheduling a Second Dose Appointment
Please note that when rescheduling your second dose appointment, you will only have a small window of availability to reschedule the appointment so that you receive the second dose in the required time window.
