COVID-19 Vaccine Registration Instructions

The following instructions only apply to those who have already registered for the COVID-19 vaccine with the Chester County Health Department prior to March 28th.

The Chester County Health Department has launched a new scheduling system that will help you more easily book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment. If you have already registered for the COVID-19 vaccine with the Chester County Health Department, 
please read the important information below.

Access Your Registration Information

 To access your account, and to make an appointment, please follow these steps:

1. Activate your account by clicking here to create a password.
2. Enter your email address and verify it. 
3. An email will be sent to you. (this may take a few minutes) You must open this email and click the “VERIFY” button.

After verifying your account, you will be redirected to the Vaccine Registration System where you can login, view your information and schedule your vaccine appointment

Household Members

- If one or more household or family members are registered with the same email address, you can see those individuals under the “Manage Household” section. If any of these household members qualify for Phase 1A, they can also schedule appointments at this time. If they qualify for a different phase, they will be notified when they are eligible to schedule an appointment.

Schedule an appointment

– If you qualify for Phase 1A, you can now schedule an appointment by using the “book appointment” option after you have created a password. When you click "book an appointment" and select a location, your 1st and 2nd dose appointments will automatically be scheduled for you. You will receive an email confirmation for EACH appointment. Return to the home screen. Your appointments will be displayed on the home screen 

Reschedule an appointment

- To reschedule an appointment, select "manage appointment" on the home screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the "reschedule appointment".  Select a new appointment date/time.

Rescheduling a Second Dose Appointment
Please note that when rescheduling your second dose appointment, you will only have a small window of availability to reschedule the appointment so that you receive the second dose in the required time window.

No longer need an appointment?

If you have already received the COVID-19 vaccine and if you are the only person registered with the Chester County Health Department on your email, please click on the “cancel registration” button below. Then click “send” on the email pop-up. If you have other household or family members registered using your email, you must first create a password and then cancel your registration.

If you are unable to cancel your registration using "Cancel Registration" button, you can send an email to [email protected] with your name and email, stating that you wish to be removed from the registration list.
