Mail In Ballots Being Distributed to Voters who have Applied

Voters who applied for mail-in and absentee ballots should begin receiving them this week by mail. You can check the status of your mail-in or absentee ballot application here

You can still apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot here. The last day to do so is October 27, 2020.

Please note: You must be a registered voter to apply for an absentee ballot. You can register to vote here. The last day to register to vote is October 19, 2020. You can also check your voter registration status here.

Once you’ve filled in your mail-in or absentee ballot, make sure you place your ballot in the secrecy envelope and then put the secrecy envelope into the official envelope. Be sure to sign the declaration, or your ballot may not count.

Chester County is setting up several drop-off locations for mail-in ballots, and  two satellite offices where Voter Services staff will be on hand to assist with registering to vote and obtaining a mail-in ballot. The main Voter Services office located in the Government Services Center will also be open for extended hours as the election gets closer.

And don’t forget: The easiest way to access all election info, including FAQs is through Chester County’s Election Information Portal.
