Chester County owned Bridge #203 James Mill Bridge located on Mount Pleasant Road over French Creek in South Coventry Township is a welded steel plate girder bridge constructed in 1998. The bridge is scheduled to be closed for routine maintenance beginning on October 29 2019. Work will include sealing the bridge deck, replacing compression seals, and spot painting. The bridge will be closed for approximately four weeks. A detour will redirect traffic around the project site along Ridge Road (PA Route 23) and Hill Road, a length of 2.7 miles.
