- Date and time of call
- Location of call
- Municipality
- Nature of the call

Is there a fee to obtain a copy of a 9-1-1 call? There is no fee if you are requesting a copy of your own call. There is a fee of $68.50 a subpoena request. This includes a copy of audio call, printout of call history and mailing fee.
How long are 9-1-1 calls kept on file? Calls are required by law to be retained or a minimum of 45 days but normally we maintain records for several months.
