9-1-1 Call Request

9-1-1 Call Request for First Responder Agencies Only    This Form is to be summited ONLY by Fire, EMS, Police, and DA's office.


A subpoena is required to obtain a recording or log of a 9-1-1 call in Chester County.  The subpoena shall include:

-  incident date and time

-  incident location including municipality

-  description of the incident


No records will be released without an original subpoena referencing an active court case, signed by the current Prothonotary or Clerk of Courts and carrying a raised court seal.

The fee schedule is as follows:

$75 per event for log and call recording

Business checks only - made payable to 'Chester County Treasurer'
