  • Online steaming platforms are a great resource for movement motivation that can be done whenever you have time, even if only for a few minutes. There are many free and engaging videos to follow along with so find something you enjoy. 
  • Remember, it is never too late to learn a new skill or activity and you may get to meet other people while doing it!
