Musicians and music lovers gather to celebrate traditional music on stage or in the woods. Also featured are demonstrations, Mansion tours, food vendors, and kid’s activities.
To Apply: Complete and submit the 2018 Food Vendor Application Form with $60 application fee by Wednesday, February 28, 2018. We request that vendors new to Chester County Parks events also submit a picture of their vending display.
Fees & Notification: $60 per space. Vendors will be notified of status by Friday, March 9.
Vending Space: Approximately 20 x 20 in grass field in the main event area. If you require more width or depth, please purchase additional space to accommodate your needs. To evenly distribute booth placement, an accurate description of your display is required.
Set-Up: Booths need to be open by 10:00 AM. Staff will be available 8:00 – 9:30 AM to assist with your space assignment. You may drive to your space to unload, but your vehicle must be moved by 9:30 AM to the parking area. Vendors are asked to operate until 4:00 PM. We do not offer tables, chairs or protection from the weather.
Anticipated Attendance: 2,500 – 3,000
