Vendors Information

Chester County Parks will sponsor three special events in 2019 that award vendor space to food and craft vendors:

Vendors awarded a space must provide the following by March 31st:

  • A current Certificate of Insurance valid for the event date(s) showing:
    • General liability coverage with a minimum per occurrence limit of $1,000,000
    • Worker's Compensation and Employee Liability Coverage
    • The County of Chester named as Certificate Holder and as Additional Insured
  • Proof of licensing from the Chester County Health Department (applicable to Food Vendors only)

Below is a summary of the 2019 Chester County Parks events that require an application process for vendors.

For All Events:

  • If there is a rain date, vendor must commit to both dates or forfeit fee(s). If the event is successfully held on the original date, vendor has no further obligation.
  • We do not offer tables, chairs or protection from the weather. Vendor is responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing own booth and products.
  • Vendors are required to be on site for the length of the event and may not vacate early.
  • No electric or water access will be provide by the County. All vendors must use quiet generators.
