ChescoAlert - Chester County DES' Notification System

ChescoAlert
The Department of Emergency Services has transitioned to a new mass notification system called ChescoAlert. The new system replaces RSAN and will allow you to receive notifications from your responder organization, Chester County department or municipal office.

ChescoAlert, powered by Everbridge, incorporates greater technological capabilities and flexibility. Users are able to choose to receive notifications by cell phone (voice and text), home phone, office phone and multiple email addresses. Users will also be able to choose which device or email address order they wish to receive the notifications.

RSAN Subscribers

If you were a subscriber in RSAN, your information has been transitioned into ChescoAlert. You will receive an email asking that you go to ChescoAlert to update and verify your contact information. Each user has been placed into pre-defined groups according to your role within your organization. There is a system administrator within your organization that can change this information. Your system administrator can also add members of your organization to ChescoAlert. The user has control to stop receiving notifications at any time by removing your contact information from your profile.
