DCIS and GIS invoices can be paid electronically using a credit card or e-check. You will need your billing invoice number to proceed. Payment may also be mailed to the address on your invoice.
Please note for credit card transactions there will be a charge of 2.25% of the payment amount (minimum charge $1.50). There is a flat fee of $1.50 for an electronic check transaction. Chester County does not receive these fees.
Payment will be credited within two business days of the transaction. Partial payments cannot be accepted.
After payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email as a record of your payment. The charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement: the total invoice amount on one line, the convenience fee on a separate line.
