Request Copy of a 9-1-1 Call 



By law, Chester County 9-1-1 calls must be maintained for a minimum of 45 days. Normally, records are maintained for several months

  • Submit a request for a 9-1-1 call that you made
  • If you are requesting a copy of a call made by someone other than yourself, you must  obtain a subpoena from the Prothonotary's Office. The fee is $68.50. This includes a copy of the audio call, a printout of the call history and the mailing fee. Be sure to include the date and time of the call, the location of the call, and the nature of the call on the subpeona.
