Judge Kraut

Magisterial District Court 15-2-03 in the Chester County Government Service Center has exclusive jurisdiction within the territorial limits of West Goshen, Westtown and Thornbury townships.

This Court exercises jurisdiction over traffic violations, summary criminal cases, preliminary felony and misdemeanor cases, civil cases, small claims cases up to $12,000, truancy and Township ordinance violations.


The mission of Magisterial District Court 15-2-03 is to provide prompt, fair, courteous, accessible judicial services dedicated to ensuring equal justice in the resolution of criminal prosecutions, traffic charges, civil matters and other court related services of magisterial district court jurisdiction.
