Judicial Sale Information

The Chester County Tax Claim Bureau will conduct a public Judicial Tax Sale on Monday, December 13, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in Room 5102 of the 313 W. Market Street Building, West Chester, PA 19382. The Sale Notice will be advertised pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Sale Law. This list of subject properties will be added to this webpage concurrent with the statutory advertising.

Act No. 30 requires that all interested bidders register at the Tax Claim Bureau before the sale event. Bidder registration materials are below. The deadline for submitting a complete registration package is 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021.


The Judicial Sale List will be advertised in the Daily Local News at least 30 days prior to the sale. The Judicial Sale List may be obtained for $5 per copy at the Tax Claim Bureau, located in Suite 3602 or via www.chesco.org following the advertisement. As a reminder, 10% of the sale price must be paid at the time the final bid is accepted and the remaining balance must be paid prior to 3:30 p.m. the same day. All payments must be in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order and payable to the "Chester County Tax Claim Bureau."
