Chester County is currently in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's "green phase" as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the restrictions being upheld during the green phase, Chester County Government and Courts are operating on limited services with many of our staff continuing to provide services and programs while working from home. Until further notice, due to COVID-19, the County of Chester will be broadcasting all scheduled bid openings publicly via Webex.

The procurement of goods and services required by the County of Chester, regardless of fund sources, shall be exercised by the Department of Procurement & General Services and/or the Board of Commissioners under the provisions of the Third Class County Code.
