“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.  Indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead

“Reason and reflection require us to recognize that, in our adversary system of criminal justice, any person hailed into court, who is too poor to hire an attorney, cannot be assured a fair trial unless counsel is provided to him. This seems to us to be an obvious truth…”
Gideon v. Wainright, U.S. Supreme Court, 1963

Mission Statement

To provide zealous, ethical and effective representation to indigent persons accused of crimes.

Goals and Objectives

To seek to obtain a result that is fair and reasonable through advocacy in all aspects of the criminal justice system.  To gain an understanding of the facts, the law, the client and the client’s circumstances.  To represent the client to the best of our ability through trial, plea or alternative disposition.
