Restrictive Probation Program (RPP)

The requirements and eligibility criteria of the program are delineated in the Chester County Intermediate Punishment Plan as approved by the Chester County Prison Board. Persons must file an RPP application with the Adult Probation and Parole Department at least 30 days prior to sentencing. The typical elements of an RPP disposition include a flat period of incarceration, fines and costs, electronic monitoring, intensive probation supervision, community service, and drug and alcohol treatment.

Applications may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. The Criminal Complaint and Affidavit of Probable Cause must be submitted with the application.
