Chester County Christmas Tree Farms
Looking for an authentic Chester County Christmas experience? Plan a visit to one of the area’s many family-owned Christmas tree farms to cut your own tree or purchase a precut one. Tree farms offer a wide variety of outdoor activities like bonfires, hayrides and photo opportunities, a perfect antidote for cabin fever.
Did you know that a Christmas tree is more than half its weight in water when it’s cut? Make sure to put your tree in water as soon as you get it home and check the stand daily to make sure the level of the water does not go below the base of the tree. With proper care, your tree will stay fresh and green throughout the season.
Many families travel to the same tree farm every year, creating special Christmas memories and helping to keep the future of Chester County farming merry and bright. Make visiting a tree farm part of your family’s holiday tradition, too!
