Pavilion Rental Rules


  • No refunds or cancellations. If extreme weather occurs, a reservation can be rescheduled within one year of the original date of reservation.
  • Must be 18 years of age to make a reservation.
  • Alcohol is prohibited. 
  • No inflatable devices (Moon Bounce, etc). 
  • Use only charcoal in provided grills, not wood. 
  • Place all trash, litter, and debris including wrappers, decorations, etc in trash cans provided at the pavilion.
  • Remove all staples, tacks, nails, tape, or any other fastening devices prior to leaving. 
  • All pets must be on a leash. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
  • All tables and garbage cans must be moved back to the original positions before leaving.
  • Music must be kept at a respectable level so as not to disturb other park visitors or pavilions. 
  • Do not deface or mark up any tables, floors, bulletin boards, including use of sidewalk chalk. 
  • Turn off lights before leaving. 
  • Park in designated parking areas. No parking on grass.
  • Do not leave water running at hydrants.
  • Remove and dispose of any directional signs and/or balloons.
