2017-2018 Affordable Housing Development
Affordable Housing Development
Eligible organizations can apply for 2017-18 funding to support projects such as affordable housing development for rental or homeownership, acquisition of property for rental or homeownership, home improvements, and other housing projects that support the availability and accessibility of quality, affordable housing for Chester County residents.
A workshop for the Affordable Housing Development application will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Chester County Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester, PA 19380 in Meeting Room 250.
Applications for Affordable Housing Development funding will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Friday, April 21, 2017.

2017 Community Revitalization Program
Community Revitalization Program (CRP)
Eligible municipalities can apply for funding to support projects that promote infrastructure improvements, streetscape improvements, economic development opportunities, and other projects that support the revitalization of Chester County neighborhoods and communities.
Applications for 2017 CRP Funding will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Friday, April 21, 2017.

Eligible organizations can submit Statements of Qualifications for professional services for the purpose of awarding a general contract for services on an as-needed basis.
Services requested by DCD are dependent upon the number and type of projects funded by DCD, and the specific needs of the projects and organizations receiving grant awards. This application is not currently open. Applications are made available on an as-needed basis.
